I was looking for something compact and portable for research, but still able to run my programs effectively, without breaking the bank. I found here. It 's a fantastic little machine and you can not just absolutely the price. I used to fear, Acer, but since I heard about the recent acquisition, and so I decided I would take them to another. Only draw back, as 7 starter. There seems to be designed so that people update later in mind. Some functions areDisabled, even for simple things like changing the theme, the desktop background and customize your sound. This means that despite the disability function is still an extremely pleasant, and easily accessible.

This is a wonderful . I bought this cause I needed to do work when I am stuck at school and didn’t want to drive back home waste gas. It does everything I need it to: surf the web, write documents, email, and it’s portable. I use this laptop as a means to do work at school since I didn’t want to buy a regular laptop. I already have a desktop at home, so I use this as a means of doing SMALL AMOUNTS of works while at school.

The S10-2, a game played give and take.

On the outside, it looks and feels cheap . Everything is made of plastic - and in search of metal parts. This provides an extremely lightweight , and one that can survive without the fall of [talking about serious damage to] experience. Even decorative paintings look like timid attempt to disguise this device. Finally, the in a hump, which allows the unit to sit in a corner. This is a great feature because it allowscool and efficient , but the S10-2, a bit 'thick. If aesthetics are important for equipment, which may not be the for you.

I really like the Eee PC. The design is very nice and net. The size is very practical. Can be easily carried wherever you go and very lightweight. It takes a little time to get use to the screen size(little small) when surfing the intenet but with some settings change like the F11 option that takes the menu bar it’s not too bad. The operating system 7 starter is a little too basic and it’s missing features that i would like on it. But overall very nice , i would recommend. Very sastified with my purchase.

I am a Mac person to be used for technical support, and problems with Microsoft software, for me most of my 20 years, so I'm not a hater, but this perception is in people who have the potential advantages and limitations should be understood . This little guy will certainly be up to par, so long as you wait for the performance of your PC or Mac laptop on it.

Really impressed with all the features and web mode particularly fast that I can start surfing for 5 seconds without having to wait until it boots.
